Planning a DIY wedding and confident you have everything and everyone to pull it off but need someone to bounce ideas off of and manage the day-of with all of your details in mind? I would love to help. I start finalizing details 60 days prior to your wedding to lighten the load of those last few weeks of wedding planning.
Full and Partial Wedding Planning is for couples who want help curating their vendor team according to budget, personality, and style. I will work with you in the early stages of planning your wedding and communicate with vendors, draft timelines, organizing seating charts, and being that friend you can count on. Full planning is for weddings that at over ten months out, partial is for weddings less than 6 months out.
We love destination weddings! So much detail goes into them even though couples are looking for a less hectic alternative to a traditional wedding. Some have larger guest counts with multiple days of festivities, while others only have 30 guests and want a romantic dinner with a mariachi serenading them. Whatever you choose to do for your destination wedding, we would love to be a part of it. Currently we are only taking bookings in Cabo, Cancun, and Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

No matter where you are getting married, no distance is too far. La Jolla, Newport Beach, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and the SoCal Beach cities are my backyard. Wherever your event is, I'm determined to make it happen, yes even in MEXICO.
Before my journey into the wedding industry, I graduated with an AA in nursing science at 22 and furthered my career in healthcare by working with surgeons and primary doctors as a medical assistant. Prior to working in medical offices, I cared for elderly patients as a teenager for my mom's caregiving business. Caring for others and keeping organized has always been my passion.
After marrying Nick and becoming pregnant with our beautiful daughter Mia, I took a break from the medical field to enjoy being a stay at home mom. Nick began to take me as an assistant to many of his weddings and taught me everything I know about

photography and weddings in general. Many times, I took it upon myself to coordinate certain things when there was no wedding planner, just to make our couple's wedding day experience even better. I even began to bartend for my brother-in-law's wedding venue in Temecula Wine Country. I fell in love with weddings and how you can turn an empty space into someone's dream.
I now coordinate and photograph weddings will Nick full time. I also manage our social media, wedding album designs, and our team scheduling. I have built a strong vendors base such as: farms tables, cross-back chairs, bartenders, floral, décor, entertainment, and so much more. I'm that friend you can count on to keep you organized, and coordinate all that you have planned!
Broadening our expertise in wedding planning in addition to photography, Nick and I are confident that we can plan and capture your wedding day with our talented team and the experience we've gained in the industry. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
I 100% understand that no two weddings are alike, because no two couples are alike. Every couple I plan for is an amazing fit with me from Day One. That said, I truly want to mesh well with you and your fiancé because it's more fun (yay!), but because it really resonates through your photographs. First, let's chat via email to see if we're a great fit!
As soon as you are able, I highly recommend booking with me ASAP after you are engaged. Some couples even book me for their date before they choose their venue! I don't mean this to be any pressure, but I book very early on (normally 8-12+ months in advance for peak dates, and 6+ months for non-peak dates).
In short, book as soon as you can to reserve your date with me! There's only one of me, and dates fill up fast.
After we chat some details, get your wedding date on my calendar ASAP!
As we begin to plan for your wedding, we have scheduled virtual meetups to go over all the details of your day. This is when we start vetting and hiring vendors, making hotel reservations, food tastings, engagement shoot location, and even making honeymoon arrangements.
For full wedding planning, we will be in communication from day one of booking. For partial wedding planning, arrangement will start 120 days prior to wedding. For day of wedding coordination, we will start making final detail arrangements 60 days prior to your wedding.
